Audix not started

i am unable to login to voicemail and getting message,

AUDIX not started.

I assume Audix is not started. Shall i go into maintenanace web page and start messaging system?

is that all i need to do?

Starting Audix would be a start.

Give it a go. If it's not working, what are you going to break?
