We have 4 different attendants console positions on one G3r V9. Is there any way to put these consoles in a hunt group and have the attendants log in as agents so that we can monitor the amount of calls they receive and ensure they all get equal amount of calls?

How about using expert agent selection and creating login id's for the console operators and creating a hunt group with the pilot number set as "0" or the VDN set as "0".
