I'm a newbie to this forum, but have read and used many of the helpful tips on here, and they have been very helpful. Now I'm posting to see if anyone has any ideas about my odd problem that is occurring. I have a 302C Attendant Console hooked up to our Definity G3 phone switch which is running Version 9. The console got unplugged/disconnected durring the course of cleaning up one of the wiring closets. The console is running on a 2-wire digital circuit. The wire to the wall jack was punched back down and the single pair was re-crossconnected from our phone room to the white blue/blue white pair on the wire going to the console's wall jack. However, when we plugged the console back in, it doesn't work. I get no lights or dial tone to the console at all. However, doing the self test (holding the up volume, and pos busy button) does successfully do the tone/light test, which seems to tell me that it is at least getting power. If you watch the console, every 5 to 10 minutes, some of the lights will blink briefly, but then it returns to dark. Currently if you call the operator by dialing "0", you get a busy signal.
Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
~Scott
