Hello,
ARS query [codes are for UK & SA use]:
now, the user dials; 9 07780xxxx ars sends this to rout pattern 1 [out on grp 1 and insert 1601]
future, what we are trying to acheive is: the user dials; 9 07780xxxx ars sends this to extension 5500 [or a group of extensions], there is a 2 sec pause needed [to give time for equipment at extn to answer] then the original string dialled [07780xxxx] needs to be transmitted.
If extension 5500 [or the group of extensions] is busy, the call should then go to grp 1 and insert 1601.
the 9 prefix must be maintained
rout pattern seems no good as it demands a grp number
has anyone acheived this or got any ideas please
