Argent Office Programming

Hi

I need some help programming an Argent Office. It's basic but I can't seem to make it do what I want.

The office is open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Otherwise it is closed.

If a call is received when open it should ring a huntgroup and if not answered after say 20 seconds divert to an external call centre.

If a call is received when closed it should go to voicemail.

I three groups: Main, Night and Call Centre. Main has extensions but will not divert. Night is set to voicemail on. Call Centre has a single extension with DND and forwarding to an external number.

Fallback and queuing are where I get stuck.

If anyone has a memory long enough to remember this old system I would be very grateful.
