I am running ARCServe backup ver. 11 on an HP Proliant server running Windows 2003 Small Business Edition. I have the program scheduled to do regular backups each night onto a 72GB tape, but it hasn't backed up. The program activity log says each day that "Job can't be started. Check device/group/ media availability", even though there is a tape in the drive. Does this mean the tape has run out of storage space? Otherwise, why isn't the daily backup working?
