I have Arcserve 11.5 running on Windows 2003 - the existing tape drive is no longer functioning so I switched to a working existing tape drive - a Dell Powervault 124T.
The drive is recognised by the software & windows and I have loaded & inventoried the tapes.
Under Device in Arcserve, there are two slots listed - both have a status of 'Updating' - I've tried mounting & inventorying offline slots - both only take a moment and make no difference
Can anyone assist?
