HOW CAN I EXTEND THE TIME FOR MENU BOXES? IT SEEMS LIKE THERE IS ONLY 30 SECONDS TO RECORD THE MENU AND I NEED ABOUT 40 SECONDS. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN, THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT WANT TO CHANGE THEIR MENU.
You will find this setting in Call Pilot Manager and nowhere in Application Builder. I believe it is in Messaging Management and is called Maximum Prompt length. It defaults to 30 seconds. This is however from memory, so don't assume these are the exact terms. I had this problem twice and it took me forever to find where it was both times. Obviously, my memory needs an upgrade.
