anyone having trouble with VM to email with office 365?

just wondering if anyone has had issues with office 365 for VM to email?

IPO 9.1
VMPro 9.1 (fresh install)

tried to setup the mail server settings, but keep getting a error message? I know this is not hard, so I'm hoping im just missing something simple?

If it is a new O365 account you are using you need to log into that account and use it to send and receive an email to activate the account first.
