Anti Virus blocking IP office apps

Does anyone know where to get a list of ports that need to be open for VM Lite and Phonemanager / Softphone.

Customer has 4 softphone pc's that are being stopped by the anti virus/ firewall software that was just loaded by the IT dept. Also the VM Lite on the server is being blocked.

I tried the knowledge base but I don't see anything. I have a list of all the ports that the IP uses but looking for specifics as the IT manager doesn't want to open up all the ports for me.

I thought this bat file was only for windows firewall. I won't hurt to try if anyone else has a list that would help also for the future if this works.

It's on the toolkit if that's what yr looking for. Search for IP Office Ports

Or open the batch file in a text editor and read it. Tells you many of the exe's involved and the ports used.
