Customer has VM Pro and has asked if we can queue the call and route elsewhere if hunt group has No available agents or average speed of answer is >20 seconds?
using the queued start point on the hunt group I'm sure I can route the average speed of answer is >20 seconds by using the compare condition,
but is there a way to check in VM Pro if the hunt group has No available agents? I thought there was somewhere but could well be thinking of another system!

Cheers

Yes you can but you need to use the overflow immediate option.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Thanks tlpeter, was hoping that there was some way of doing it through VM Pro but if not then I will have to use the immediate option in the manager.
