Can you call the announcement numbers? What type of Card TN750B, TN750C? If it is a "B" card and the switch has been rebooted, you will have to restore them from the flashcard, a"C" version stores them on a flash rom chip on the board. Do "disp ann" and see what the switch says.

Actually, it's a VAL board. The thing is it's intermittent. There were several announcements in particular that won't play in the vectors for a couple of hours, then the issue will go away after some time without any intervention. For now everything seems to be okay. A side-effect of this issue is that calls get queued even though many agents are available. I'm really stumped on this one.
Without some testing and information on your setup, it is hard to say. There is some relevant info in the archives on this site.

I would also study the vector(s) with respect to the announcements and queing issues, you might have a flaw there. Has this been an ongoing issue or did it start recently?
