Analog video capture/output-to-tape card and W2K?

Hi,

I am a bit frustrated. I am looking for a video capture card that will work with Win2K, will also capture composite AND s-video (separate connections for RCA and s-video), and output it to tape on a VCR with at least 640 X 480 resolution.

AND I don't want to pay for all the software bundles that are offered. I don't need another NLE, etc. I just want the hardware and whatever support software is necessary for capture and output-to-tape. Are there any new, less known companies out there that offer such a product. All the ones like Pinnacle, etc., only seem to offer these bundles.

I use the Hauppauge WinTV card for this. It cost around £50, and does everything you specify, gives Nicam stereo sound and 12 pages of teletext at once.
