Hi everyone,

First of all, this is a silly question, please be patient with me.

I have a analog trunk card installed on slot B. I was wondering if I can use that to take incoming calls. For example, I plug 4 lines into the analog trunk card, then I can take incoming calls and even transfer within internal extensions.

Thank you in advance

Andy

Yes that possible, thats the meaning of a PBX?!

Have a look here;

Be carefull you only have a IPOffice 403 so you cannot have all the "newer" features.

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

you guys are awesome.
I will try to find the instruction for setting up the analog trunk card.

Or you can reference me the instruction and any material for setup.

Thanks again
