Been trying to get our Bogen TPU-60B (or NR 100 - either one does not work) to ring when when the Analog station port (2 port module) rings (intercom or outside caller) over the Bogen TPU-60B. Yes, that is redundant, as the amp itself is capable of doing the ringing itself, but I bought the NR100 figuring the amp needed repair to that input.

I have reviewed many posts on here, and from what I have seen it seems that the low voltage (only 48 volts - and CO lines are closer to 90v) of the ringing singal from the IP Office 500 is the reason it does not work. (Although I have setup about 8 systems this way without an issue - go figure). I tried setting the line to "IVR" but that didn't change it all. Regular paging works thru the amp fine (thru the other analog port though).

It's not the amp/NR 100 setup, as when I hooked up the main trunk line (CO Line) directly to the ringer it rings just fine. Also, the analog port rings just fine when hooked up to a cordless phone.

Has anyone ran into this issue before, other than picking up a ring booster, is anything else worth trying?

Thank you for any suggestions.
