All call message not going through

Hello I just recently took over a tech position and new to northstar phone system. Problem I am having is not all mailboxes are receiving all call messages. I did some troubleshooting and it seems to be the new mailboxes created that are not receiving these all call messages. It probably has something to do with the settings but I cant seem to get to it. I have gone into mailbox admin and compare the settings with the mailbox that work to the ones that don't. Any help is appreciated. thank you!
 
THe new ones might not be in the Broadcast Mbox list. Check Mbox 901,902, or 903
 
Both are good questions- After making sure the MB's can accept messages (initialized), get into f983, press OTHR, and GLISTS. Enter the Group list to modify (whichever one they're sending to, as Dewey said, 901, 902, etc...) and add the additional mb's you want to receive those messages.

Not recommend as it is same password for F983 but you can also try to give same message to ALL mailboxes by going into mailbox 102 and leave a broadcast from there by pressing 9.....at least use as a test, if works then you have a group problem.
