Hello I just recently took over a tech position and new to northstar phone system. Problem I am having is not all mailboxes are receiving all call messages. I did some troubleshooting and it seems to be the new mailboxes created that are not receiving these all call messages. It probably has something to do with the settings but I cant seem to get to it. I have gone into mailbox admin and compare the settings with the mailbox that work to the ones that don't. Any help is appreciated. thank you!
