I have an department that makes calls to internal users, and they do not want their agent numbers to be displayed on the phone of the people they are calling, is it possible to do this?
two options: set "login id for isdn display" to "n" on the agent-loginid form per agent for outbound calls, set "isdn caller disp" to "grp-name" for inbound calls.
I'm trying a different approach, I'll let the users see the agent numbers but when they are dialled I will convert them to the vdn number that the staff should use
