We have a customer who has a CICS 6.0 and Callpilot 100,R2 and wants to use message notification to notify his techs of a call in the voicemail system.
When a customer calls afterhours and leaves a message the system is now setup to dial his pager, however he wants it to also then dial a cellphone, and then a home number. I understand that they system will do this, however once a page is sent the system stops calling, it deems the message as being recieved when the pager picks up.
If I was to put cellphone first the voicemail on the phone would pick up and once again the system would deem the message recevied and stop calling. Is there any way around this???
