Can anyone tell me why a phone on an IP Office v9.0.3 would display "ADI_CM" instead of the extension number?

Not much to go on..
What version of IP office, basic or essential.
What type of phone.
Does the phone work ok..
Has this just happened or was it always like that.
Do other phones have the same issue.
Maybe it's the username..just guessing
What user name is assigned to the extension
Try a different phone if you think it's faulty.

Figured it out. The user was looking at the actual underlying function assigned to a button.
It was a basic edition. They needed to actually type a description for the button label.

That's OK... I wish no one did Basic - I don't like it!
