Adding limited user account for IP Office 3.2

Dear team,

I would like to add other user account rather than Administrator. This will be a limited user that should not have the permission to edit or change every thing in the configuration.

I know only that it can be done through security settings mode, but I don't know the user name and password to access the security settings.
