Can anyone give me step by step on how to add IP sets to CS1000M.

The VOIP config i salready set up and ready to go. Just need the loads and commands to program IP sets.

You would have to first set up a virtual superloop to allow you to add IP phones to it. To see if you have one set up already, in LD 22 PRT/CEQU. Look for a superloop with a V in front of it, ie V96. Phones are programmed in LD 11 and varies according to the type of phone you are setting up. You will also need to have licenses to do this.
Start by carefully reading in LD 17 how to set up such a superloop.

Actually the virtual loops are printed and configured in LD 97. You will also need to configure a Node if one isn't already configured and make sure your signal servers are set up for LTPS which allows IP phone registration. You will also need media cards configured to convert IP to TDM and vice versa.

Yes the zone is set up. Was just curious about programming a set.
