I'm setting up a small call centre without CCC but utilising campaign manager(superb).
Are there any flow charts detailing the call flow
i.e. all logged out/fallback/ring no answer etc

Can you route calls differently if all logged out compared to all ring no answer/q overflow group?

Any help Appreciated
