My company uses a Nortel Meridian Option 11C. The ACD is too basic, so we need a better system for the tech support department. This is only a 4 person group. Are we stuck getting Symposium Express, or are there other ACD systems available that will work with this Nortel phone system?
 
If it is only a 4 person ACD then what do you need that the basic ACD doesnt give you?
 
The managers want reports, plus there are other features they want that basic ACD doesn't have.
