Has anyone heard of a secondary ACD call acconting software for Meridian option 61c? Not interested in symposium or Max.

might look into the I-3, can't remember the mfg, but it's one ont he few that work with any switch

Currently use Avotus (formally Switchview). Seems to work O.K.!

Are you interested in call accounting (such as OTM or non-Nortel), or in call center management (such as MAX or Symposium)?

Failed to mention; the ACD package from Avotus is called "Right On Que".

If I recall....Switchview could monitor many switches..not just one. Is that the case with Avotus?

That is correct ArchTelecom. One central server and a small modem/bufferbox at each location to poll and transmit the data.
