I'm pretty this is why my acdn isnt working. It is a system safety feature to not allow any kind of call forwarding to long distance numbers, correct? There is no way to turn it off for 1 particular ACDN?
ld 18
REQ new
TYPE ssc
LSNO 81
NCOS 7
DNSZ 21
24
SIZE 10
WRT (ADDS: MEM: 67 DISK: 0.1)
STOR 1 912325553225
now any user ssc 81 can call that number..
on the other side of the coin, ftr cff needs to be cfo, then in the orignating ncos is high enough to make the ld call, any station cfxa can forward to the acd dn... that lets you set key x cfw 4, stopping that same cfxa station from forwarding to 1900hotstuff. you may need to change the ncos of your inbound trunks so they can complete the call.. they are the orig ncos on an external call that terms on a station that is cfxa
ive tested to make sure i didnt program something wrong in the acd. it works when put in a local number.
But when i put in this long distance number, it just goes straight to reception.
