Is there anyway to give all agents a supervisor role? I would like to have all of the agents see how many calls are in que or how long a call has been in que. Let me know if this can be done or if only one supervisor agent is allowed. Thanks!!
I answered my own question. DWC key cannot be programmed if AWC key already on a key, just replaced AWC with DWC and it shows calls waiting, agents logged in, wait time, and something else called TOFQ which I am not sure what that is.
