I have a Meridian OPtion 81C switch using Symposium Express 4.2.
I have been requested to find out if there is a way that an Helpdesk agent could carry a digital device to pickup a call if he is away from his desk assisting someone on another floor.

How would I configure this on the switch as an ACD? We do not have any cordless phones configured on our switch. Do you need a specific package on the switch for this?
