We have a windows 2003 server with exchange 2003 that we've just migrated from another server running win 2000 and exchange 5.5
An employee working on removing the exhange 5.5 server from our exchange 2003 organization had accidentally uninstalled the Exchange 5.5 server before properly deleting it from Active Directory. (running exchange administrator and selecting the server and pressing delete) Everything seems to work fine but obviously the server still shows up on the system manager of our 2003 server. It still shows that there is replication to that server etc.
How can i manually delete it without running the exchange administrator?? (since now 5.5 is uninstalled i can't run the administrator) Is there a way to run it from the 2003 server?
Any help would be greatly appreciated here!
Thanks,
Chris
