My modular messaging is used for voicemail only as of the moment. I've terminated the hunt group number for voicemail as a DID number so that users can check their voicemail even though their at home. Internal voicemail is working properly but when i try dialing the DID number of the hunt group using my mobile phone, its not working. The pbx cannot detect the password that im dialing, and prompting "invalid login"

This is a new implementation. I think im missing something here. Anyone can help?

We have the same trouble in the UK especially with mobile calls to MM. Does the same happen from a land line? At the moment we're getting the customer to verify whether the users are using hands free kit's or mobile phones on speaker etc. At the momemet we're looking at upgrading the IPSI's, MEDPRO's and CLAN's.

Not so sure if that is related because its some sort of forwarding digits. But not so sure where to look at.

I think it sounds as though it's the same issue. The call goes through to the MM front end however intermittantly the the password entered fails prompting the invalid login. We're asking the customer to check if the same occurs in different scenarios using landlines etc. However we're also looking at upgrading the firmware on some of the IP boards in CM.

Can anyone share their configuration on this?

You might also check to make sure that you have echo cancellation turned on for your incoming circuits. Calls that use medpro resources (such as the calls forwarded to your MM system) would want that to be active to prevent echo from creating bad audio that would confuse touch tone signals.

Carpe dialem! (Seize the line!)

I got this fixed. Some digits are not being detected by the MM, it only detects few digits than the expected one. I have to check all the configuration form that needs to define the digit strings.
