Hi all,
At a customer, users dial outgoing calls using Authorization Codes. For a normal call, the PABX (Option 11C, Rel. 4.5) is generating, correctly, an 'A' then a 'N' CDR. However, in one case, the PABX generates only 'A' CDR for a call: if the user dial Authorization Code (ex: #50 - 1700), then AC1 (9), then the outgoing number using the E1 but the second party doesn't answer. In this case, the caller hangs up and the PABX generates only 'A' CDR (without 'N').
Is there any way to prevent the PABX from generating 'A' CDRs alone!!!!!
Thank in advance...
