9641G Issues 1

IP Office V1 8.0(46). I have a 9641G installed, the phone works but seems to have a few odd issues. When press about under the settings it reads 6.0.0 2010 Avaya. Do theese phone upgrade differently then other IP phones. I have the HTTP pointing to the ip office, and it seems to upgrade other phones just fine.

The problems are: time is off, only displays half off the users name at the top of the phone. Also cant get to display caller ID, and the messdage button isn't working.

After doing a clear on the phone and pointing the file writer at manager PC it does look like it upgrades the files,. I had the system set as phone file server type Memory card, and the HTTP and TFTP pointing at the LAN 1 address. LAN 1 is providing DHCP to Avaya IP phones. Must be I have older firmware on the SD card. I'll look into how I upgrade that.

Ok so this is a V1 so has the older style memory card. Is this normal that when the system is upgraded, that it doesn't automatically update the memory card as well? Does it on the V2?

V1 has no storage for bin files on the smart card
