Hello everyone,
I have been reading previous posts off & on for days now, about the new 9.1 time profiles. I have not found the scenario, that I need.
Customer has the day (8-9AM, 10:01AM-5PM Mon.-Fri) meeting time (9:01-10AM Mon.-Fri.) & Night (5-11:59PM, 12:00-7:59AM) time profiles.
Day time rings Exts. in HG 500 & overflows to AA1 after 5 rings. Meeting Time goes immediately to AA2. Night goes immediately to AA1
Right now I just have everything set in the ICR. With a "Set HG Night Service" button for night & "set HG Out of Service" button for meeting time. They wanted these if the meeting time needed to be earlier then 9AM & Night earlier then 5PM, these override the current Time Profile & need to be shut off when done.
I also setup a short code to "Set Time Profile Inactive till Next Active" for the meeting time profile, if they get out of the meeting earlier then 10AM. This also works & makes the system go back to the day time profile.
I have been testing on my test system (just upgraded from 8.1 to the 9.1) Removing the time profiles from the ICR & putting them in the HG. I tried the "Status" softkey & a Time Profile button.
The thing I liked with the time profile button is, it is always lit green (for Day) until a time profile kicks in & it shuts off. I also can then choose to turn on or off, but this goes to the Night Service Destination always.
How do you make it so the "Meeting Time" time profile go to the Out Of Service Destination, then the "Night" time profile go to the Night Service Destination?
If not possible, what is the best solution?
Thanks to all replies
