8410D resets after evry call?

Having a mind toggle experience. Have a end user who 8410 completely reset after (and Only) when the Caller hangs up first (inbound/Outbound).

If the end user disconnect first everything fine.

I have swapped the phone, change the port, checked the configs.

Any help can help please.

try this; remove the station and rebuild and then retest, if it still does this then I think a reboot of the phone system would be in order such as a reset system 4
 
Can you trace the call and post the results in the code tags?
Also, "sta sta XXXX" and post the results in code tags
What version of CM? Platform?

 
So she was sitting at their secondary location which has bridge appearance of their primary location. Informed me that they do not sit at the primary no more so I took the secondary and made it the primary extension removing the secondary extension with bridge appearance and it works now.
