7310 has dialtone, but 3 times a day the arrows all flash?

It could be a simple as changing out the jack.
Or it could be the head set carp attached to the phone if there is one.
I had a phone doing the same thing and i finally tired a different head set after replacing the cable, jack, phone and station port. Bingo it was the headset causing the problem

there is no headset attached to the phone..but thanks. I thought it was the port perhaps?

how do you change the port but jeep the same extension on the cinphony computer?

Vendor is best bet for that as it may also be the amp cable or terminations.
