7206 PA-4E Config

How can I configure this to run at full duplex on my 7206.

I go into the config for the interface (eg ethernet 4/0) but there is no duplex command. I am running IOS 12.0(7)T

I don't think you can. Technically speaking full duplex is only a 100base-T feature according to the IETF.
