65K message in Voicemail Box

One of you ever seen that issue.

Sometimes and not always the same phones (2 or 3) have 65533 message in their voicemailbox?

So I delete the user and the extention, rebuild it and voicemailbox come back normaly.

this has been discussed here before. you will need to search the forum for the answer as I cant recall the resolve for it.

Yes, it's going to come back too, it has to do with visual voice on either 5410's or 5610's and it corrupts random mailboxes, even if that mailbox doesn't have that particular handset connecting to it at any point and can be user or group mailboxes The latest 6.0 build doesn't mention a fix either

I found nothing about that in the sheach history.

Mlck, in the meantime you will probably find that stopping them using visual voice and use the TUI instead will rectify it until a fix comes
