Our corporate headquarters used to use an InterTel PBX before we combined offices. They were able to setup a phone with a serial cable to connect into Microsoft Outlook to automatically dial calls. The 6416D+M has the capability to have a connection to it, but I can’t find any information on whether or not it is capable of automatically dialing a call from Outlook. Has anyone heard or done anything like this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
