6408D+ phone will only listen on speaker phone

Thanks in advanced. I have a 6408D+ phone that when you put it on speaker phone, you can hear them speak but the person on the line cannot hear you speak. The phone is programmed the same as all the others and it is programmed as a 6408D+ instead of a 6408.

Make sure that the Speakerphone setting (station; page 1) is set to 2-Way. If it is, you might have a bad phone set.
