Here is the story. 406 with 56xx ip Phone co-located with the IP Office. At a remote office connected via T1, more 56xx IP phones but the labels are not even loading. I see the buttons in manager, but only the shortcodes showing up. I'm using /label for the label. Any help?

1) what firmware version is in use in your IPO?

2) This could be due to a firewall configuration issue, the Document CD lists all the ports that the IPO uses for comunication

What softwarelevel are you on?

Greets Peter

The IPO is on 3.1(29), not getting access to vm on remote phones and no vm lites.

Thanks for the input, have escalated to Avaya(like that will help).

TFTP is setup in config, and seems to work at main site. I have sniffed the ports that are connected to the phones and have seen the IPO send the info to the phones and the phones have acknowledged the info. When I did this going out to the remote site, the shortcodes were sent but the labels were not. Really wierd. I have checked the routers and nothing is holding it back. I will keep checking.

Is known on some 3.0 and 3.1(29) and a lot of other problems
just got to 3.1(64)looks good to me.

Greets Peter

if you are still on 3.1(29) the 1st thing avaya will say is upgrade to the latest release so you may as well try V3.1(64) now
