46xx phones and log function

Hi, have installed 46xx ip phone and using sw 4.2.4 in IP Office and 2_887 in ip phones.
Have set up 2 call appearance buttons.
Can't make log work, both redial and log are blank.
Anyone with an idea what I have missed?

Be sure the file 46xx setting file has correctly been loaded, then try by setting 3 CAs, could be a bug.

You may also want to find the following in your 46xxsetting.txt file and insure that it is set to "1" and not 0 or 2. Also remove the ## at the start of the line if it is there.

SET APPSTAT 1

and NOT

## SET APPSTAT 1
or
SET APPSTAT 0
or
SET APPSTAT 2
