4621sw phone locked up???

hi guys,

just wondering if anyone has had a 4621sw phone lock up on them? i have one that will not give me the option to press the star key to set up the ip addresses.

it just keeps booting up....going through dhcp....then say...no file svr....no call svr....ect

i cant do the "mute clear" or any command?

any help would be great.

I think there is a setting in the 46xxsettings file that makes this happen. i have seen posts about it here before.

i just tried to plug it up to see if it works....

i cant even get to the * command????

do you know what i might need to do to reset this phone?

Call you BP, you might need to give it a VLAN ID (mostly done by a DHCP server).

Did you change any thing like this in the network?
