Hi,

Is there a way to configure the look of these phones? For example, I would like button 6 to display Voicemail but at the moment we just type this in manually at each phone.

Do you have the label setup on the abb dial page?

I think you can add temple file and use ftp for these phones.

sjforcum, thanks for the reply i wasn't aware of this feature. However, when i add the label i still get AD 3 attached to label, am I missing a setting to allow phones to have these system wide labels?
