I hope you are using an external DS expansion module and not the IP500 Digital Station 8 card.
Because the knowledge base says:
4400 Series phones (4406D, 4412D and 4424D) are not supported on this card, only on Digital Station expansion modules. Therefore a maximum of 240 4400 Series phones are supported in the system

This is one of the guys i work with and he is using the expansion modules. He has old IP400 Ds mods and new IP500 DsS mods and neither work. does anyone know if htere are any new bin files for the 44xx phones? These were working today on a merlin Magix..
