"In the SA configuration, we set up call resonance for extension 969 like this: ADD-SA:VCE,969,,,0,366,PRL,0," ",,,,,,,,,,EXT,NONE,1-1-101;.
But others in the same hunt group can’t pick up calls to extension 969—they can pick up calls to 366 though.
Has anyone run into this kind of issue before?"

“Is there another way to make this work? I have one digital extension and one analog phone. When I call the analog extension, I want both phones to ring at the same time. Also, I need both of them to be able to be picked up by other people too.”

Remove the SA/Hunt Group

Add in a COS for to give 'Groupcall'

Add others to the Pickup Group as needed

First extension in the Parallel Ringing Group will get the call
If another handset is lifted they just get dial tone.

"Thanks for your help. I did a test yesterday—after adding GRPCAL to the COS list, the other extensions in my AUN group also started ringing, even though their COS lists don’t include GRPCAL. I’ll find time to test it again."
