Openscpe 4000 V8 R1 Comwin

Dear.

I have 2 system Openscape 4000 V8 R1

System 1: I can access comwin via assistant and also directly using Assistant IP address.
system 2: I can access comwin via Assistant but cannot access directly using Assistant IP Address.

Please advice

For the system 2, you need to add the computer's IP address to the Firewall (Assistant->Base Administration->Webmin).

Or Just turn off the Firewall in the assistant.
Also, sometimes if you connect to the ComWin via the Assistant first and then it should work
