4.1(12) - Issues with CCC / Delta Server

Has anybody else been experiencing issues since upgrading to 4.1(12)?

We upgraded on the weekend and since then our CCC (CCV/wallboard) has stopped producing reliable real-time stats.

For example, it will only show calls once they are alerting - not if they're queued. Longest wait only starts counting from the time the call starts alerting, and lost calls are only counted if the call is disconnected while alerting.

Delta Server is 5.2.18, CCC 5.0.43.

It seems like the event indicating that the call has gone to the queue isn't reaching Delta Server until the call starts alerting - because Delta Server also shows no calls registered against the queue until it starts alerting.

Any suggestions? (or should I go back to 4.1(9))?

Thanks,

Shaun

Just downgraded to 4.1(9) and voila - our wall boards are now providing accurate info again.

Yes I've had the same issue, 4.1 (9) and everything works again. Have reported this, bit surprised that something as basic as this was not tested before 4.1 (12) was release!

Was the IPOffice 4.1.12 at fault or was the 5.2.18 DeltaServer the culprit?
In other wordt will IPOffice 4.1.12 and the Deltaserver from CCC 5.0.43 or 5.2.16(standalone) provide me with a working combination?
If not I'll have to cancel an appointment with a customer.

Cancel the appointment, there are some nice new "features" in 4.1 and CCC5
- real time status live its own live in CCC
- because of the above alarmscripts won't work
- I have a customer were the value of new incoming calls increase the first hour and then it decreases one hour and then it increases for an hour etc

- big fun!

So at least for now, don't put 4.1(12) on CCC sites???

When is the next maint release of CCCv5 due and CCC6 GA???

Sounds like they really hosed CCC on this release, they already had enough issues with Delta 5.2.16 and 4.1.9 and according to the CQ fix list on tech bulltin 93 they supposedly fixed those, but then... broke it even more?

There will not be a CCC6. This will be replaced by SBCC and you're likely looking at Q4. The MR for CCC is due soon and is currently at 5.0.54 (interestingly enough the DeltaServer in it is a lower version than the one in 4.1.12).

That being said I am successfully pulling accurate statistics in PCWB, CCV and Reporter.

IP500 4.1.12
DeltaServer 5.2.18
WB Server 5.0.14
PCWB 5.0.12
CCV 5.0.21

From my perspective it looks to be 4.1.12.

We experienced the same issue with Delta 5.2.16 and 5.2.18.

We are now running 4.1.9 with Delta 5.2.18 (didn't bother downgrading Delta) and it all works fine.

You all should check out this free software - that appears will be replacing the CCC...

- download CHRONICALL.

Cradle to Grave reporting...

I've downloaded it in about 20 environments and it rocks!!!!

Yes it does look like 4.1.12. I think its only IP406 that it does not work on, IP500 looks OK.

Using delta server 5.2.18 looks to be OK.

Looks like CLWINGET is sales rep not a tech.....

thats 2 posts today promoting it......

CLWINGET i take it all back

very very impressive features and layout.

support a bit mia tho.

any idea when full version is ready and how much? you seem to be a bit of an ambassador for them....

We're having the issue with an IP500.

It may fix it, but it breaks our E1.

*sighs*

Breaks your E1? Very general statement. Can you be more specific?

The new GA of CCC has 5.2 19 Delta server with loads of fixes.
Was going to try it today on our inhouse systems but funked my CCC server so wont know results until I rebuilt it.
