3645 IP handset flash config error

A customer of mine has a 3645 IP handset that has recently displyed flash config error.

Now i looked in the notes and did a reset on the handset. as avaya say.

The strange thing is, now we have re-entered the all the settings on the phone as befor and it cannot find any access points. All the other handsets can see the access points fine.

Very confused by this one so any input would be welcomed.

never used the Wifi phones, so Im not help here.

Flash Config Error Wireless IP Telephone internal configuration is corrupt.

Perform "Restore Defaults" operation via administrator menus [or reprogram with Configuration Cradle].
