Yesterday we changed ISP at 1 site of a 3 site SCN, network administrator changed firewall to new public ip address and verified VPN connectivity between sites; all other aspects of WAN apparently functioning. Other 2 sites could call new ISP site but when try to call other sites the screen would momentarily show extension and user name of called party but screen would change to number busy. Rebooted IP Office, but no change. Deleted IP Line, rebuilt with previous settings and successfully connected to SCN. Does anyone know what happened and should we have ISP check UDP port settings of Cisco router if problem recurs?
