3 site SCN, new ISP at 1, is problem really solved

Yesterday we changed ISP at 1 site of a 3 site SCN, network administrator changed firewall to new public ip address and verified VPN connectivity between sites; all other aspects of WAN apparently functioning. Other 2 sites could call new ISP site but when try to call other sites the screen would momentarily show extension and user name of called party but screen would change to number busy. Rebooted IP Office, but no change. Deleted IP Line, rebuilt with previous settings and successfully connected to SCN. Does anyone know what happened and should we have ISP check UDP port settings of Cisco router if problem recurs?

Direct Media Path

I would guess you are using IP phones. The phone systems connect to each other and shows the call, then DMP kicks in and the phones try to talk direct to each other and fails.

Check what Default Gateway the IP phones are set to and look there for IP routes. It sounds like the IPO IP routes could be ok so set the IP PHones to have a gateway of the local IPO

Jamie77 we are using digital sets at all locations in the SCN, site in question is Small Office and incoming calls on the SCN have no issue
 
Direct mediapath is not the issue but sometimes when you turn it off it starts working
That indicates a networkproblem :)

An ipline can have directmedia path !

At last, routers not rebooting when dial across SCN.
Issue now with centralized VMPro.
Site 1, 1st am could dial *17 and access, but did not recognize mailbox. VM accounts are in VMPro at Site 2.
Rebooted VMPro & IPO at Site 1 and 2.
Now, get busy when dial *17 from Site 1.
Any ideas?
 
Got to get the VM running again!! Surprise surprise!
