2500 statioin going to VM but not forwarded

We have a CM 6.0 G450 S8300 system. One phone rings once and then goes to it mail box but the user is not forwarded to VM, what else could be automatically sending this call the VM.

send all calls is activated, do a status station which should tell you or the coverage path has 1 ring then to voicemail

easy to prove the reason.
change station and remove coverage path. call the phone and see if you can ring the phone and answer the call.

If you get a busy with no coverage path.. it's not coverage or send calls.

with coverage path administered, check the criteria for coverage path to route calls

I did the status station and it did shows 6 rings before calls are sent to vm

I removed the coverage path and now the phone rings busy. I attempted to remove the station but an error message came back "ext assigned as trunk group incoming destination"

so remove it from the trunk group incoming destination and then remove station and then rebuild, also a status station will not tell you 6 rings and then to voicemail, it will however tell you if the phone is call forwarded or send all calls is activated

If the phone is busy when you call it, you could have a bad circuit-pack/media-module, bad port, bad phone, bad wiring.

Fix this first.

This is why calls go to cover immediately even though cover path shows 6 rings for don't answer.
criteria for busy is inside and outside "y" or all "y"

I removed the station form the incoming destination, then I removed the station and then rebuilt it and now it works. Thanks for all your help.

Is EC500 Enabled ? This would also cause the phone to ring once then go to vm and then after you removed the coverage path it would explain the busy as well.
